Job Title: Supply Chain Summer Student ~ RQ 23-79 ~

We are searching for an eager Supply Chain Summer Student.   You will work with Supply Chain Associates and help to gather and analyze data and support the entire sourcing process.  You will gain valuable experience by completing a competitive sourcing event with an actual impact on TAQA North’s business.  Your time with us will help you to gain a better understanding of the role of applicable requirements, procurement principles and associated processes utilized by a Supply Chain department. 

This is a summer student position based out of Calgary. This position is full time from May – August 2024

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analytics (spend analysis) support for BA
Sourcing Support for Supply Chain Associates as required
Supply Chain data repository maintenance

Qualifications:

You will have completed their 2nd or 3rd year in a Diploma or Degree program specializing in Supply Chain and will be returning to school following the end of the Summer Student term

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated desire to learn and develop their skills
Enthusiastic and motivated
Your prior experience in oil and gas is an asset
