In the Netherlands, we focus on the on- and offshore production of oil and gas as well as the operation of two underground gas storage facilities. The latter are strategic assets in the provision of reliable gas in the Netherlands. Their importance will only increase in the coming years as the greater dependence on gas imports will mean domestic storage becomes key to maintaining security of supply.

The energy landscape in the Netherlands is changing, and TAQA is supporting the energy transition in two key ways: we are contributing to continuity of gas supply in the short-term as the transition agenda moves forward. We are also participating in large-scale sustainability developments such as hydrogen and green gas expertise center Investa and Porthos, a CO₂ capture and storage project.

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This role exists to deliver integrated TAR & CAMPAIGN activity plans. The role holder has an overview on all TAR & CAMPAIGN related activities, formulates the process flow and integrated activity plan, and continuously optimizes planning process, in liaison with Maintenance, Engineering and Production, aiming at a cost-efficient employment of resources, in line with timelines for TAR & CAMPAIGN activities. This needs to be done in compliance with all relevant agreements and existing procedures and standards, including HSEQ.

The TAR & CAMPAIGN Planner reports to the TAR, Campaign & Planning manager with a dotted line to the TAR & CAMPAIGN lead and works closely with the TAR, Campaign, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Subsurface and Wells Teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Activity Gathering

Proactively gather and screen data and information on all TAR & campaign related activities, in liaison with the Production Manager, Maintenance Manager and Technical Department, so that all required information is available to draw up the TAR activity planning. The TAR planner works closely with the Integrated Activity Planner to assure the TAR & Campaign plans are properly incorporated in the overall IAP.

  • TAR & Campaign Activity Plan

Formulate the process flow and planning framework and draw up the TAR or campaign activity plan, in line with timelines and available internal and external resources, including personnel, logistics, equipment and budget, and establish priorities for the activities in cooperation with the departments involved, to set a clear schedule for other departments. And updates (progress) it during the execution, providing information to the rest of the organization. 

  • Continuous Improvement

Keep abreast of developments in own discipline and evaluate the use of current and emerging techniques and methods. Initiate and identify opportunities for improvement and implement it after approval of the TAR & Campaign Manager, in order to improve the TAR activity planning process, according to TAQA Energy BV specification, quality standards and best practices.

  • Administration

Ensure the administration of the TAR or campaign activity plan, process, and other relevant information, in line with operating procedures and CMMS system (Maximo), to ensure the availability of accurate information for relevant parties and to comply with relevant legislation and HSSE standards.

  • Planning Support

Advisory role in overall planning, in line with delivery time and conditions. Support the planning team and other teams on request in the (detailed) work planning activities, in order to improve the planning process and outcomes.

JOB DIMENSIONS 

  • Direct responsibility for delivering a TAR or campaign (activity) planning according to the TAR & campaign team’s requirements, enabling the organisation to perform (cost) efficient turn arounds and campaigns.
  • Improving the (TAR & campaign) planning process together with TAR & campaign lead and Asset Planner / Integrated Planner.
  • Setting up and maintaining a proper work process and instructions for creating and maintaining a TAR & campaign planning

QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING

Essential

  • Primavera P6

Preferred 

  • MBO education in a technical or logistical direction

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
