TAQA requires OIMs to support the 2026 offshore Engineering Preparation Removal and Disposal (EPRD) campaign schedule, which comprises three major decommissioning activities from Construction Support Vessels (CSVs) across three of TAQA’s disembarked assets. Activity levels increase significantly from March through late autumn, with varying durations and Personnel on Board (POB) levels driving the need for robust leadership.

TAQA requires candidates who can provide strong, safety focused oversight across these complex work scopes. Roles will operate on an equal time rota, with flexibility required to respond to operational needs. Some onshore working will also be expected during the onboarding phase to ensure alignment with project specific systems, processes, and campaign schedule.
