TAQA requires HSE Representatives (HSER) to support the 2026 offshore Engineering Preparation Removal and Disposal (EPRD) campaign schedule, which comprises three major decommissioning activities from CSVs (Construction Support Vessels) across three of TAQA’s disembarked assets. Activity levels increase significantly from March through late autumn, with varying durations and Personnel on Board (POB) levels driving the need for robust leadership.

TAQA requires candidates who can provide strong, safety‑focused oversight across these complex work scopes. Roles will operate on an equal‑time rota, with flexibility required to respond to operational needs. Some onshore working will also be expected during the onboarding phase to ensure alignment with project specific systems, processes, and campaign schedule.

The rate for these short‑term contracts (typically 3–6 months) is competitive, reflecting the specialist expertise and leadership required for successful delivery of these critical EPRD operations.

They will be responsible for environmental and site safety performance monitoring and reporting, incident reporting, and interfacing with the onshore TAQA HSE team. They will work alongside the removal contractors Safety Officer and report directly to the  EPRD OIM. They will also participate in any investigations relating to incidents that occur on TAQA assets or vessels working within TAQA 500m zones.
